There was a clash between Chhatra League and Jubo League with the police in Magura’s Sreepur. This incident happened on Tuesday night.
According to the concerned, a UP member named Jubo League leader Chand Ali Sardar and his two other brothers were injured in the terrorist attack on Tuesday night. Around 10:30 PM, Magura District Chhatra League and Jubo League workers staged a fire on the highway at Bhayana Junction in the city to protest the terrorist attack.
Hundreds of long-distance vehicles were stuck on both sides of the road as a result of the blockade which lasted for about an hour. In this situation, when the police reached the spot and tried to disperse the protestors, there was a clash between the BCL-Youth League activists and the police.
Sripur Police Station OC Priton Sarkar said that additional police have been deployed in the area after the incident. Currently the situation is under control.
