Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has instructed the new officers of the government to work for the marginalized people by keeping the ideals of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
He said, today our new officers, they will always remember that they have to work for the welfare of the people of the country. Where the father of the nation has said that the achievements of the farmers, workers and hardworking people of this country are achieved by burning in the sun, getting wet in the rain and sweating. From there, our salary and allowances are everything. Why don’t we change their fate?
The Prime Minister gave this instruction while participating in the certificate distribution and closing ceremony of the 73rd basic training course of BCS officers through video conference from Gana Bhavan on Monday.
Sheikh Hasina said, if the marginalized people are well, the country’s economy will progress. No one can stop it. Considering that, the Awami League government is taking various steps for the development of the country.
He said, I want to take our country forward. This young society of ours will work with more talent, thinking and take the country forward.
Welfare of the people of this country is everyone’s responsibility. That idea should always be in the mind. To be a servant of the people, to be a servant of the people. Public service is the most important thing. All of you will work like that.
