The two children will stay with the Japanese mother until February 6

Japanese mother Nakano Erico will have two children, Jasmine Malika and Laila Lina, until February 6. However, their Bangladeshi father Imran Sharif will be able to meet the children every day during this period.

Senior Justice of the Appellate Division gave this order on Sunday. A five-judge appellate bench headed by Nuruzzaman.

According to the order, the Japanese mother and her two children will stay at Hotel Escort Palace in Baridhara till February 8. However, their Bangladeshi father Imran Sharif can meet the children anytime between 9 am and 9 pm every day.

Senior counsel Barrister Ajmalul Hossain QC and Advocate Ahsanul Karim appeared for the Japanese mother.
On the other hand, senior lawyer Fida M Kamal and advocate Fawzia Karim were in favor of Bangladeshi father Imran Sharif in the court. He was assisted by Barrister Maruful Islam.

The Appellate Division said in the hearing that the Chief Justice was hospitalized due to illness. We will hear this case with the Chief Justice. The court later fixed February 8 for the hearing. The court said the previous order would remain in force till February 8.

Earlier on January 3, the Appellate Division had said in an order that Japanese children Jasmine Malika and Laila Lina would stay with their mother Nakano Erico at Hotel Escort Palace in Baridhara till January 23. However, their Bangladeshi father Imran Sharif can meet the children anytime between 9 am and 9 pm every day.
