The cold wave that has been blowing over the north and southwest of the country has stopped. However, there was a hint of rain again.
The meteorological office said in a forecast on Wednesday (January 19th).
The extension of the sub-continental high pressure zone is located in West Bengal and adjoining areas. The normal light pressure of the season is up to the South Bay.
Meteorologist Khandaker Hafizur Rahman said the weather across the country may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy skies till Thursday morning. There may be moderate to heavy fog in the northwestern part of the country and in the river basin from midnight to morning and light to moderate fog elsewhere. And it will continue until noon in some parts of the northwestern part of the country.
