Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said police were detaining BNP leaders and activists on specific charges. No one is being harassed. Such allegations are baseless.
He said this while addressing a function on the south side of Dharla river in Kurigram town on Tuesday afternoon.
The Home Minister said that no unnecessary case is being filed against the BNP leaders and activists. Lying is being done to make the field muddy.
