Russia does not want to make concessions on the Ukraine issue

Pressure is mounting on Russia to withdraw its troops from the Ukrainian border. Meanwhile, Russia is set to hold talks with the United States on Sunday (January 9th) in Geneva, Switzerland. But before the talks, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryakov said his country would not make any concessions on the Ukraine issue. Moscow’s tough stance has raised doubts about the possible outcome of upcoming talks with the United States.

Sergei Rebkov said that threats were being made by Western countries before the upcoming talks. We will not give any kind of discount due to any pressure related to this.
