Shah Rukh has been targeted and framed: Mamata

Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan is a victim of dirty politics. He has been targeted and framed. Attempts have been made to tarnish Shah Rukh’s image. This was demanded by the Chief Minister of Bengal Mamata Banerjee.

He did not say anything directly about the arrest of Aryan Khan. However, Trinamool Congress chief Mamata alleged that Shah Rukh Khan was being targeted. He complained that the people of the country were suffering from the ‘cruel, undemocratic, and immoral attitude of the BJP.

Mamata met prominent people in Mumbai on Wednesday. There, Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt wants to know how to protect independent-minded people from right-wing forces. In response to that question, Mamata said, “Indians believe in manpower, not bravery.” Unity in diversity is our mainstay. Unfortunately, the countrymen have to bear the BJP’s cruel, undemocratic and immoral attitude. ‘

He added, “I know Mahesh Bhatt is being targeted, Shah Rukh is being targeted. There are many more. Anyone can open their mouths. No one can open it. ‘

On October 2, Aryan was arrested from a pleasure boat bound for Goa. He was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drug case. Since then, his bail application has been rejected more than once. On October 28, the Bombay High Court granted conditional bail to Aryan.

He was released from Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai on October 31. The High Court later ruled that Aryan’s conspiracy in the drug case was not initially substantiated. So far no evidence has been found to convince the court that Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Moonmoon Dhamechar were targeted for the same illegal act.

In a 14-page judgment, Justice Nitin Sambre said that the claim made by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) that the Aryans had the same motive for conspiracy in the drug case was being rejected. According to the High Court, the accused were going on a cruise – only on the grounds that section 29 of the Narcotics Act could not be applied against them.

The judge said the court should look into whether the petitioners had any drugs as a basis for the conspiracy allegations. No drugs were recovered from Aryan there. The drugs recovered from Arbaaz and Moonmoon are ‘less’ under the drug law. In that case, it would take “positive evidence” to apply the conspiracy clause against the accused.

From what has been investigated so far, it has emerged that Aryan and Arbaaz did not go with Moonmoon.

Besides, the High Court said in the bail verdict that there was no evidence of conspiracy in Aryan’s WhatsApp chat.

The verdict further said that WhatsApp chats were found from Shah Rukh Khan’s son’s phone, after scrutiny, there was no evidence to suggest that a conspiracy was hatched with Aryan and Arbaaz or Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun or other accused. Since no evidence of conspiracy was found, the strict bail rules under section 37 will not apply.
