Egyptian President General Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has invited Israel’s far-right Prime Minister Naftali Bennett. The invitation included a meeting of the two leaders at the Sharm-al-Sheikh resort on Monday.
According to a report, this is the first public visit of an Israeli Prime Minister to Egypt in the last decade.
According to the CC office, the two leaders planned to discuss bilateral and regional issues at the meeting. Ways to revive the Israeli-Palestinian peace process are also to be discussed.
